Claude · Workshop G.1
Turn three requests into a tracking table. Each task keeps its owner, and missing details stay visible.
Using demandes.md, create resultat.md in ACADEMY-ESSAI. Make a table with the ID, owner, next action, and information needing confirmation. Keep all three IDs. Don’t invent an objective, a duration, or a version. Don’t change source files or send anything. If resultat.md already exists, stop and ask for another filename.
Desktop exercise using Claude Code. The Anthropic subscription is separate from the course.
Prepare a project summary. The objective still needs confirmation.
Prepare an agenda. The topic is confirmed; the duration still needs confirmation.
Organize three project documents. The reference version still needs confirmation.
| ID | Owner | Next action | Information needing confirmation |
|---|---|---|---|
| A-01 | Alex | Prepare a project summary that flags the missing objective. | The objective still needs confirmation. |
| A-02 | Maya | Prepare an agenda for the confirmed topic. | The duration still needs confirmation. |
| A-03 | Alex | Plan how to organize the three project documents after confirming the reference version. | The reference version still needs confirmation. |
The table proposes next actions. It doesn’t claim the tasks are already complete.
Codex · Client follow-up workshop
Camille needs a presentation for her team. Prepare the follow-up from the call notes, identifying the missing details.
Objective: prepare a follow-up for Camille and create follow-up-01.md in CLIENT-FOLLOW-UP.
Context: use only case-01.md in this fictional folder. Notes C1-01 through C1-06 and the final clarification about the date are the source of truth. Confirm the path and available note IDs before creating the file. Don't use an answer key or another case as a source.
Constraints: keep the sources unchanged. Don't connect any accounts, browse the web or send anything. Don't confirm dates, prices or participant counts that aren't in the notes. If follow-up-01.md already exists or case-01.md is missing, stop and ask for a new name or the missing file.
Success criteria: create a document with a summary of the need and source note IDs, information to confirm, and a draft follow-up to review. Keep the message brief, professional and warm. Ask for useful information without promising a delivery date or inventing the year of the meeting. Finish with the file path and what I need to check. Don't describe any proposed action as completed.

Alex is preparing the follow-up for the Horizon team. He must have feasibility confirmed before promising a delivery date.
The call date and the year of the meeting aren't specified. Don't infer them from today's date.

Hi Camille,
You'd like a presentation about your project for your team, ideally ready before the October 18 meeting. Who exactly will it be for, and what format would you prefer? Could you send your outline and reference documents?
What budget do you have in mind? Could you confirm the full meeting date so we can check the deadline?
These details will help us check feasibility and availability before confirming a delivery date.
Alex, Horizon team
The message asks about the audience, format, and supporting documents. Feasibility and the delivery date still need confirmation.
